Can Ancestrol land be sold out without any legal transferred document or certificate by court?
Hey there, My grandfather has 2 sons and 1 daughter. All of them are married and have their kin. The eldest son's family consists of a wife and a daughter, however, when the son died, his wife and daughter lived at his parents' house. The other son has 1 son and a wife. The other son also died years ago leaving his family behind who live separately. The youngest daughter is divorced with 1 son and lives at her parent's house with the eldest son's family. Now, a year ago, my grandfather also died without any will. after his demise, somehow we managed to file an ancestral land distribution plea in court, and the decision is yet to come. Still, the family of 2nd son sold one-third part of the ancestral land without the consent of other family members. Now the question is whether the divorced daughter has the right over ancestral land. and whether one can sell part of the land without court-authorised legal documents? Can you please explain in detail the procedure to have an equal share of land being the family of the eldest son?
