Does the following power of attorney allow the person to sell the property?
To look after the interest of the PRINCIPAL in the Schedule mentioned
property and to manage the Schedule mentioned Property on behalf of
the PRINCIPAL.
2. To manage, control and supervise the schedule mentioned Property in all
respects, to sign all kinds of representations/forms/affidavit/undertaking
documents etc. which are necessary on my behalf for the purpose of
Patta procurement.
3. To represent the PRINCIPAL before government authorities, officials,
department and initiate/attend proceedings and other connected matters
for obtaining Patta from the competent authorities, on my behalf, for the
Schedule mentioned Property.
4. To obtain Patta and other connected documents and do all other acts, deeds
and things which are necessary for the procurement of patta, for the
Schedule mentioned Property, in due course on my behalf.
5. To maintain the Schedule mentioned property and make any application
and representation before any Government or authorities, for the
purpose of obtaining patta for the Schedule mentioned Property.
6. To make, sign and verify all application and objections to appropriate
authorities for any license or permission etc., required by law, in
connection with the management and development of the Schedule
mentioned Property, on behalf of me.
7. To sign and submit application before the appropriate authority to obtain
approval, if any/regularise the schedule mentioned property.
8. To apply for and obtain sanction of plan with the concerned local body/
CMDA or any other competent authority, to construct building over the
Schedule mentioned property and for such purpose, to appear or
represent before the local authorities/ revenue authorities, CMDA or any
other appropriate authority.
9. To submit applications and correspond with the Tamil Nadu Electricity
Board, to obtain new electricity connection for the building to be
constructed or transfer the existing facility, if any, over the Schedule
mentioned property.
10. To sign all form and make application for transfer of Revenue Records in
the Municipality or Town.
11. To pay necessary fees, charges or deposits before concerned authorities
in respect of the procurement of patta and to sign necessary receipts for
payments and also to make out and submit applications for refund etc.,
12. To receive notice/summons/letters from concerned public authorities,
government officials/departments for the purpose of procurement of
Patta for the schedule mentioned Property.
13. To make applications for obtaining of Patta in respect of the Schedule
mentioned property
14. To appear and act in all Courts, Civil or Criminal (Original or Appellate)
or in the Revenue or Registration offices or any office of the Government
or before any other authority, in respect of any proceedings or enquiry in
connection with the Schedule mentioned property or in respect of any
other matter concerning the Schedule mentioned property.
