False case of sexual harrasment

There are a few female co workers in my team with whom I had cordial relations, we used to have these occasional childish banter like boys are great and girls are great and we started having differences cos they were mocking me for not being married at the age of 32, so i told them not to talk to me but then after a few days we started talking again but I became avoidant. Also, I would like to mention that there was another girl who I asked for coffe twice but she refused so, we stopped talking for a while but again started talking normally. One day I get called by my boss, super boss and HR manager that they have received complaint against me that I stare at women, comment on their clothes and body parts etc. which was not true and I denied them completely, I asked for the identity of the girl and also the exact details of the situation but they did not disclose and I told them this is being purposely done to defame me but they didn't hear. I also told them that this was done out of jealousy as I had recently won an award. Somehow I made them to understand my side of things and they agreed and said they will conduct an investigation and get back to me and it has been more than a month I haven't heard from them. I just want to know what all rights do I have to defend myself
