Denied boarding the flight after issue of boarding pass Mumbai to Coimbatore

Please suggest me to claim my Rights to Harassments , Denial to board the Aircraft at the Gate to take the Bus to the Plane by Indigo Flight ,Airport staff , their Behavior to Lowest level . we were afraid of being beaten up with their uncontrolled verbal talk and anger shown towards us .The staff had not informed us at all when asked again and again to take us ahead to the long que at the check in counter that our flight is schedule to take off at 7.45 am . we were in a que of more than 500 people around 6.10 am . Their staff named Mr Shashi was almost abusive . than we were issued boarding pass . and hurried towards the final check in Security counter .where all our luggage was re scanned . Some how we reached the Boarding Counter .and other Passengers were allowed to enter the final Gate to Board the Bus , that takes us to the flight . But we were denied by the Ground staff of Indigo Airlines . Please suggest how to Claim our complete Compensation .
