Can he file a case against me?

I'm a 20 year old girl and i was with a 57 year old man .. we met online and decided to meet in real life . We met and the first time we met things went really well but the second time we met he was a little persuasive about having sex , but he did not use direct statements , only sarcastically he kept telling me that he's very horny and that he's going to help me with my college fees , but he needs to fuck .. so i agreed and we did it . He then gave me money for my college fees , obviously not as a trade for having sex but because I was in need . I initially agreed to be with him and he'll help me with my college fees , but now he's persuading me to meet him again while i have a sprained ankle , and he's being very mean with his words and asking me to quit my education because I'm not able to prioritise my relationship with him. Although I was only with him for a month , he's been getting very mean and hurtful with his words and telling me that I'll get no where from my education. Under the circumstances I break up with him , can he file a case against me based on the money he gave me for my fees? Or can he force me to be with him?
