Regarding correction of Last working day in EPFO
Hello Sir,
I am an ex employee M1085490 joined LTIMindtree on 11/03/2022 and left on 10/06/2022. I was not working in any project and I was on bench.I submitted my laptop on 10/06/2022 which was detached from my name on 14/06/2022.I also returned joining bonus received from LTIMindtree after I was asked to return. I did not receive any salary after after June 2022. I had no financial settlement pending with me.I am attaching my salary account statement of that period.But in my EPFO portal I noticed last working day is mentioned as 09/09/2022 which created 3 months overlapping in my service history. I did not notice at that period since it was not mentioned at that time of leaving. But now in my current company it has been raised as an issue and I am not able to get my BGV closed. I can also see in my pf account there has been no money credited for the month of july and august 2022 but in the month of september 2022 Rs45 is credited. I know i made a big mistake by not serving notice period and broken employment contract. Because of this I have already suffered rejection of offer from many companies. I accept my mistake and I have been requesting many HR to whom I could have to change my last working date in LTIMIndtree but no help. I know I made a mistake but now I am unable to go back and correct my mistake. I also requested employer and said I am ready to pay penalty of not serving notice period but no response. I have pay slips of the month for which ex employer said I was working there shows zero credit. Employer keeps on saying we cannot change and do not send mails as this is a back dated case.
