Breakup after sexual relationship with an agreement to marry in future.

I met a girl on instagram and we started talking and fell in love. We met after two months and we were in love. In the first meeting we had intimacy but no sexual Intercourse but further after 3 months we went on a trip together and had sexual relationship. I this 3 months we had several breakups but we fixed it. After that I met her one more time before joining my ship. I am a merchant navy officer. While being on ship I started realizing that she has been lying to me about other men and one of her exs is still in contact with her about whom she said that she has met only once. I saw her bank statement that she was taking money regularly from him. She is has been lying to me on several other things. She receives gifts of roses and teddy. She never gives a proper explanation. But it seems that she was regularly in touch with her ex. This ex is very elderly 10 years older than her and I believe her relationship is only money based. Now after 7 months of this relationship full of fights, distrust and disappointment where I was fully invested with my time, money (I gave her 2 lakh loan without any paper work and she has returned 1 lakh so far) , also gave her 3-4000 at several occasions whenever needed I realize that she doesn't love me and she just wants to marry me for my money and position. This relationship is suffocating for me and I want to breakup and I have been trying breaking up with her for last one month but she is not letting it go. I am not blocking her because I don't want to piss her off but I have made it several times clear that I want to breakup to which she agreed a couple of times but she comes back again and gives me trauma of going through all the stress again. In recent 2-3 months I have also realized that she hates my parents because they are too much involved in my life. Can I get into a legal trouble? How should I go about it?
