Loan Repayment

This is Ashir Singh, one of a customer who has take a loan from you a while back. The loan has been overdue for more than a year cause I didn't had any job and someone had died in my family. It's been 15 days, Me, my family, friends and my office colleagues have been receiving calls from a third party vendor stating that "Ashir Singh se bta karawao". I have been speaking to the Lady from the third party Name - Varsha Kadam. She (Varsha Kadam) has been calling day and night to everyone which is frustrating my colleague's. The image in my company is spoiled and now I'm in a situation that "I might get fired from my job". It took me months to get this job so I can pay my dues, but if I get fired from my job I wouldn't be able to make the payments. Varsha Kadam has been calling multiple time and has been asking for me. But if someone she is calling say that you call on ashir number she starts abusing and say Randy saali bta Kara uss. Tu gaand marwati hai kya usse. Please help me. I know its my fault that the payments has been overdue but I didn't had any source of earning. But now I do. What I can do in this situation?
