Whether the recorded video and the signed blank paper can serve as legal evidence in a divorce case

Hi, I would like to seek advice on whether a blank paper admittance and a mobile video recording, made without any witnesses, can be considered legal proof for divorce. Here's a brief overview of my situation: I am based in Prayagraj and currently working in a reputable private firm in Noida, with 14 years of strong career experience. My marriage took place in 2015, and we have an 8.5-year-old daughter. Around June 2023, I discovered that my spouse had been cheating on me. Upon confronting her, she admitted to being involved in a six-month-long physical relationship with one person while simultaneously dating another. Additionally, she confessed that before our marriage, she had been in physical relationships with four different men during her college years—two during her undergraduate studies and another two during her post-graduate years and in touch with few of them after marriage also In response, we recorded a video of her admittance, and she also signed a blank piece of paper acknowledging her actions, promising not to repeat them. We also agreed to live together for the sake of our daughter and not disclose this matter to anyone. However, recently I discovered that she is once again involved in infidelity. I informed both her and my parents about this and asked her to visit Noida. When I spoke to her father, he verbally abused me for accusing his daughter of wrongdoing, while her mother apologized and begged me to consider living together again. Given the situation, I am seeking advice on whether the recorded video and the signed blank paper can serve as legal evidence in a divorce case. Any guidance or legal suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
