Judicial separation

My husband has filled a judicial separation case and I had filed a case u/s 85 bns. He mentioned all false allegations that are I threated him for suicide with nail cutter, use to abused his mother , short tempered lady fight with mother in law for outside food , my father who is hearing issue has abused my husband, left home and asked for divorce and asked to return him all the my jewellery. However I have a proof in which me and husband has pleasant conversation and also he accepted the fact that his mother nature is like this you ignore her. I have proof of water purifier bills which my brother has paid as her mother never allow me utilise my husband money even asked me to transfer money of food in some instances. Hence I have bank statement in which amount of 400 300 are transferred to my husband account .Based on this factor I had made complaint about my husband and in laws . I came back to parents home on holi festival as custom after that my in laws never allowed me to enter saying that i never behaved well with mother in law and doesn't obey her mother instructions.i was marriage - 4 . 12.2023 and came to my parents home via flight booked by my husband on 16 March 2024 on April I had sent customised gift for him which he accepted since he is under control of parents he never stop his mother always asked me ignore her mother and not react all conversation are on WhatsApp . Even after June I had sent many emails to him but he never responded. I have went to different dinner party with my husband along with my husband friends on which my mother in law always have issue. Please suggest can I win the case by having such proof? I haven't not filed section 9 case yet. Also in such case will judge consider those proof and dismiss the case or it will be transfer to mediation centre in first hearing?
