As a college student running a company registered only in MSME and dont registered in govt as a startup or pvt ltd or nothing, So can I legally offer internships to fellow students or others under my company's name even though it is registered only in MSME?

Can my company legally conduct online workshops for others?
Are there any specific legal obligations or permissions required for hosting workshops and charging fees, if applicable?
3)Signature Authority:
As the founder of my company, can I personally sign certificates issued for internships or workshops on behalf of my company even though i am a student?
