Damage of my mud house wall

My house wall is getting cracked because of my neighbors catering business, they make lot of sound. 3 big grinders and 5 cylinders, morning by 3 their work start. From last 1 year we are also suffering from rat problem our house wall is their compound wall and we are very close to their underground catering business.we are eight feet down and they are eight feet up as they constructed their house. Their drainage chamber is very close to our back house wall, they are putting all their dirt in the chamber and rats have made a way inside our walls and kitchen from their chamber. Every now and then we repair the holes made by rats. Now it is becoming intolerance because rats make lot of sound night time like scraping inside our walls. We complaint to Corporation, police our neighbors are saying it is very old house on the verge of falling and they are not maintaining properly, not allowing us to do any repair work also saying our back house wall as their wall We have been maintaining our house Every now and then. Our neighbors have license and all the support from all our neighbors they don't fear anything. We are worried about our mud wall foundation our wall is becoming weak day by day I have 3 girls iam worried whether we have to look after my daughters or this house like if we go to court will it become all-right or they will produce falls witness and other things. Please help
