Regarding Criminal Activities

Actually, I got married last on 23 Dec 23. Since that time my wife has been involved in a lot activities. Moving to Patna and Delhi now and then without any intimation. She does not show any tickets. And every time forcing me to come Patna or Indore though it was clearly mentioned that I will not travel to Patna. Every ceremony happened in Delhi, they came to Delhi with family. Forcing me stay in a hotel at night at her place in Saket. Going for movie after 9 pm or going to Noida at night after 9 pm. She takes things like suitcases from unknown people and I am so innocent. Create fake family members and friends from her insta account when I talked to one named Umra, she said she does not know my wife at all. My wife was saying that sister was her relative and staying as a tenant in their house. She said her name is Sheelu and literally she denied when I talked on her live video on insta. She did not know her. She does not give any addresses in Indore, Delhi and Noida and say you have just to go, sit in a car. They will take you. When I resisted and said first I need addresses. She is clearly mentioning in whatsapp that she has decided for separation already. She is also created some false divorce audio messages from Maulanas. Then later she rejected those messages by using the loophole in Sharia. Actually, I proved that those message were false and I did not say talaq. I have a lot of recordings and proofs of all her lies. Since the day we were talking. One more thing, all her relatives are missing those who signed on the nikhanama. Though she was not giving but I found on nikhanama and enquired. Same person inquired about them. they house was found after so much struggle. But by using Adhaar people always went to the wrong adddress. Later, she gave one landmark, then somebody reached on second attempt. When he reached there, people said they hardly come there. But she went to Patna two days before that day. She did not show me the ticket also. There is a lot of other things that I mentioning because of length. My question is if she files a case in Patna. Can I file from Delhi because my life is in danger. I can be kidnapped. One time I went out with my wife and somebody followed me in the food court and my wife took the luggage of that lady, a complete stranger like that. I was purchasing food at that time. She hides her face with Hijab when required not all the time. This is weird. Also she ran away with my unborn baby without giving any notice and intimation from her rented flat in saket.
