Neighbour parking problem

Brief Note on Parking Dispute 1. Plot Details: • My plot is Plot No. 268, which is a side center piece according to the DDA layout (attached). • The plot size is 31.69 square meters, with dimensions of 9.75 meters by 3.25 meters. • A significant issue on my plot is the presence of an electricity pole from Tata Power Limited located in the center of the plot. 2. Dispute with Adjacent Plots (267, 266, 265): • The dispute concerns parking arrangements with the owners of Plot Nos. 267, 266, and 265. These are corner plots, which, according to the market, have a lesser value (referred to as "daba hua plot" in Hindi). 3. Vehicle Details: • Plot No. 267 (Owner's Vehicles): o 1 Car – Registration No. DL12CE7954 o 2 Scooters – Registration Nos. DL11S7742 and DL11S4745 • Plot Nos. 266-265 (Owners' Vehicles): o 2 Cars –  Innova (Registration No. DL8CAP4088)  Maruti Swift (Registration No. DL8CAX6202) o 4 Scooters –  DL11SK7879  DL11SE5004  DL11SW1336  Bullet 4. Parking Problem: • There is inadequate space for parking all of these vehicles (6 two-wheelers and 3 cars). The owners of Plots Nos. 267, 266, and 265 are reportedly trying to encroach on my plot for parking purposes, resulting in daily disputes. • Despite repeated personal requests for cooperation to maintain good relations, the issue remains unresolved. The situation has only worsened, with an escalating level of conflict. 5. Police Involvement: • Complaints have been lodged with the police (copies attached). • The case was assigned to Mr. Rajesh Kumar Tomer (Beat-5, Rank: PIS No. 28104200), who visited the site on 26th September 2024. However, it is alleged that the owner of Plot Nos. 266-265, who has significant political connections, influenced the police personnel, which may have led to an unsatisfactory resolution. 6. Evidence: • A collection of photographs and videos is available, clearly showing the ongoing parking encroachments and disputes.
