Parking false promise given by builder now denying

At the time of booking flat we negotiated with mr x who is emoloyee of builder at the time of booking he said this flat cost is inclusive of car parking i have stamp and signature cost sheet with me also in that room my father in law and my brother in law was present. at that time only i requested him to put that in agreement even i said i m ready to pay extra taxes he said not required this inventory is with car parking and u will get allotment letter for your car parking at the time of possession, again at the time of agreement signing i asked him the same thing he said in amenities provided by builder page it is mention stack parking that is the proof that you have parking. now from some days before i come to know that mr x is leaving job from that builer so i thought lets get clear about car parking so called there office a and get shocking discovery that my flat name is not there in the car parking list, please guide can i have any leagal standing where i can fight for the car parking with builder
