Can I take away my 2.5 year old son and keep him with me if child custody case is pending in court?
I am the father, my son is 2.5 years old. My wife left me with the child for no reason and her parents are supporting her. It looks like they just wanted a child legally and she never wanted to live with me. All she wanted was to run away with my son after his birth. I have paid for all her and my son's medical expenses, vaccinations, done my duty as a father.
I have filed a custody case which is pending for last one year. I ask her about getting play school admission, but she does not respond to my phone, email, messages. Anything I ask about my son, like health, etc she does not respond. I am frustrated by the situation. There is no fault of mine, but me and my son are getting punished.
I want to take my son forcibly from her and leave the city. Can I do this? If I disappear to a far off place how can the court/police trace me? I want my son back very badly, done nothing wrong, no dowry, no DV case. In fact, my wife was physically assaulting me threatening to file Divorce cases.
I want to take my son and run away to a far off place where I can give him good education and future without the hassle of my wife. Can I do this? How can I remain untraceable by police and court system?
