What rights i have if husband is cheating on me with a Prostitute?

I have been married for 10 years and our marriage was always up and down . After 3 years we decided to stay separately from in laws but our marriage was still not going smooth. My husband always use to feel guilty that he had to leave his parents and stay with me and always use to treat me differently during any festival. We always fought each and every festival and never celebrated happily. 2 years back i came to know that my husband went to a prostitute and he was very proudly sharing this news with his friends which i heard. He never felt ashamed. I didn't had courage to confront with him and i felt so devastated that i thought i should do suicide. But i thought i will give him chance and if he behaves woth me in a good way then i will not bring this topic between us. But i was always angry as i couldn't express my feelings and we started fighting more. Later, he started talking to different girls on dating sites. He didn't know that i know his mobile password. He was always manipulating me for not to have kids. He always said why to have kids let's enjoy our life as it is.but somewhere i wanted to have kids, every time when i went for check up, he didn't do his semen test and we used to fight again on this and our treatment didn't go further. Now when i confronted him about his cheating with a Prostitute he said it's because of my behaviour he went to a prostitute and it's my fault. We decided to go for mutual divorce and emotionally i told him that I don't need anything from him. He agreed happily. But, later when i thought practically i told him i need alimony and maintenance for which he is denying. I need to know if i can claim on a property which is Fully owned by him and what other rights do i have?
