Child custody for 3.5 years boy to father.

Hi, My wife is not staying with me from last 4 months. She left matrimonial home 4 months back saying bad mother health but now her mother is fighting with me to get divorce without any solid reasons. We completed 5 years of marriage. Now from last one month my wife is not making my kid available to meet me and my family. We connected few times on video calls but not physically. We went to her home and she hides the child in neighbour and insist me to meet child legally although only she is asking about divorce but I still wants settlement. She is the only child of her family, her mother is nearly 62 years old bedridden but fights with me, calls the neighbours when I go to see my child, father is 67 years old some private job in factory. Wife not working, highly over weight nearly 120 kgs, everyday takes Asthama pumps 4 times a day, a steroid repsules, thyroid patient, and daily medicine for breathing. I’m really worried about my child health and welfare as there is no one to take care of child. Whenever I met last few times he found in neighbours home as their is no mama,massi and anyone in my wife’s family while I’m from very reputed joint family, all educated and willing to take care. Now my question is how can I meet now, no divorce or allegations filed so far from both side and in future how can I take custody although I know for father it is nearly impossible but still any hopes?
