Rent Court law grounds

Posting on behalf of a 77 years old mother. Pls advise on this so called lease agreement, which is made without mother's knowledge (Her sign is used). 1. Mother A, on a good faith basis given one portion to her house (1st floor) to daughter D in 2013 who want to live for a year, saying verbally that she will give 6L as lease amount but till date not given a penny, also not vacated after a year. 2. In 2019, D on her son's name B, she has made this back dated and so called lease agreement referring her husband B had given 6L for lease and 5L as a loan to construct the 1st floor to A, which is a lie. Note, house was already constructed before D asked for lease. 3. In the agreement it is written such that Ds husband C has given the house as sub lease to son B to run a study center, forging Mother A's sign. 4. Now keeping the lease agreement B, C n D are threatening mother A to give 25L (6L+5L+2% interest in 5L) to vacate or they won't until 25L is paid. Now, want to know a. Ref to the content (Sub lease) of the agreement, back dated about 6 years and without the knowledge of the mother, is this agreement considered to be a valid lease agreement. b. If the mother raises a petition to vacate in the rent court would they consider this back dated and sub lease agreement without any previous agreement with C or D. c. Will the rent court consider this petition on the grounds of no lease agreement till 2019 n give favorable justice to the mother. Or, will it consider this fake lease agreement done on 2019 and asks the mother to go to civil court to get the justice as per new rental act 2019, on the grounds agreement not registered. Kindly help to understand on which ground the rent court will take the situation as the mother is already 77 years n cant file a civil case to fight.
