Issue with relieving
Iwould like to remind you again that, as per the terms of your employment offer, you are required to serve a 2-month notice period before your departure. We have been communicating the same from the time you were asking for separation. Without information to manager and HR you stopped coming to work, we tried reaching you and informed that you need to serve two months of notice period, still you didn’t return to office. Since you have already served Month and then absconded, there is still 1 month of notice remaining for you to complete your relieving formalities after which we will issue your
separation letters.
This above mail I was received from my hr .
Basically I was informed and I submitted all my office belongs to hr department laptop, id card and they are deactivate my company without any parier communication. In past 20 days I was only follow up the through a mail 8 th November only they are replied. In my offer letter service contact clause it's clearly mentioned the either we nedd server the 2 months notice period or pay notice period salary. But still all reminder mails clearly mentioned this points even I asked them provide Bank details for . Iam ready to remaining notice period one month salary but they are dropping mail like absconded
What was the action I need take from this kind of situation
I need help from any layers.
