Interior design company not refunding money forcing us to go with their quotation (with some discount)

They also promised a 7.5% interest EMI, but now they have increased the quotation amount across the board and are denying the 7.5% interest, claiming the company does not profit from that and insisting we take a 9.5% interest instead. Due to their false verbal promises and lack of documentation, we feel trapped with them and have lost trust in moving forward. They mentioned that a lot of time and effort have been invested, so they cannot provide a refund.
