Seleration

Hi Everyone Im a 34 year old male and married for 6 years with my wife. I have a daughter who is 2 years old. We never got along with each other and usually use to have a kot arguments over trivial family matters. Now a recent verbal argument that we were having escalated and later on turned inti abuses from my wife. When I called her parents they quickly came to rescue her as if she was the victim and took her away. She is now living with her parents along with my daughter and is threatning me for divorce/seperation. My question is Is there a law in India which will permit a father to have custody of the child? As I really love her snd dont want ti loose her. Plus can she have any claim over my parents property which is my father's name not mine? Will I need to give her & my chikf anh maintenance. If yes any idea how much would that be. My wife is not worjing since 2 years she has given birth to w baby. She use to work in a call centre earlier and use to get 1lac sakary including incentives/other benefits. Im curre tmy working at an MCM as training manager.
