Annoying Tenant

We have a non-cooperative tenant who keeps getting into arguments with the Landlord and the society watchmen for the following petty issues. 1. Parking: All tenants in our society have been asked to park their two wheeler vehicles in the open parking and this clause has been explicitly mentioned in the Leave and License Agreement duly registered online. This non-cooperative tenant sometimes parks his two wheeler in the stilt parking space, citing frivolous reasons like he could not find a suitable space to park. He has been clearly asked to park in the open area several occasions but refuses to adhere. 2. Internet: Our entire society building is powered by Airtel Fiber and all residents are happy without a single complaint. This non-cooperative tenant has gotten Jio Fiber installed by arguing endlessly with us until we unwillingly allowed him. His issue was that he was finding the Airtel plan more expensive than just Rs.200/-. In order to save this petty amount, he was about to damage our sliding window channel by drilling a hole for the wire to pass. We happened to reach just in time and stop the Jio technicians from drilling the hole even if it was very small. 3. Plumbing: Our entire building has Divertors installed in all bathrooms. These Divertors have a push button mechanism and are used to switch between shower and tap water while taking a bath. All divertors are of a very popular brand. Our non-cooperative tenant has been living in the flat since 3 months and claims that he was not using the Divertor for hot water shower until his daughter came to stay with him for a few days and tried using the shower with hot water. The complaint was that the push button of the divertor does not stick in to allow hands free use of the shower only in case of hot water, however, the cold water flow is fine. We did acknowledge this problem and promptly called the company technician to get a resolution. The technician had no solution as he said that in general the water pressure is low on higher floors in any building/tower. Our tenant stays on the 4th Floor in a 6 Storey building. This problem seems difficult to resolve and would require us to spend a good amount of money if were to solve it permanently. Other tenants in our building happily use the tap for hot water. 4. Electrical changes: The tenant has done some changes to the internal wiring of our flat and has shifted some light and fan switches to a more convenient location as per his requirement. He took our verbal permission for the same by arguing with us until we gave him our consent. To summarize the above, we are not very happy with this tenant and wish to get rid of him by giving him a one month notice as per the Leave and License Agreement. Can we do that by citing the above reasons?
