Can I file FIR & monetary damage on bank

For developing a hospital in a leased property I took multicrore loan from a bank which were invested in equipments,furnitures & renovation of the building .I too invested marginate money in it frm my pocket. Aftr few mnths of investment & hospital establishment municipal approved map & even occupancy certificate & ownership deed of the owners were not provided so that fire & various other licenses & NOCS for hospital caanot be procured so tht I couldn't commission the hospital operation.on top I came to know that the whole building is on government land so the fake owners don't have any land & property documents in their name except a small 7 dcml CNT deed .this deed too were not provided to me for procuring NOCs & licenses. The fake owners managed 7 yrs ago to execute the registered lease to my company by bringing the subregistrar. Anyhow I had paid fees to bank & submitted the original lease deed with them.they too didn't detect the illegality of the whole property and released the loan amount to various vendors. Aftr few mnths of EMI repayment I couldn't repay as hospital was non operational. Now through DRT bank has attached my other property & will soon auction to recover the loan amnt. My question is 1.why various officers & legal team didn't detect the illegality of the whole property wthout a single decimal ownership deed of the fake owners & huge 30k sq ft building wthout approved map? 2 aren't they faulty in overlooking deliberately above illegality and realizing the loan? 3.arent they wrong in process of recovery frm me & hiding their own fallacies? 4.dosent there appears a conspiracy of bank wth the fake owners in entangling me in Huge loan scam? 5.shouldnt I file FIR & heavy damage in destroying life & profession on we two doctors? Please advise what steps should I take to prevent auction & implicate the bank. Regards, dr s kr ,[deleted]
