Pay protection

Dear Sir, I am currently working with India Post Payments Bank (Governement of India Undertaking), however there was an Advertisement from an autonomous organisation under Maharashtra State Government for the Post of Administrative Officer, the organisation name is Maharashtra Remote Sensing Application Centre, the eligibility criteria for the Post of Administrative Officer was Candidate should have a experience of Administration in government institue in Level S15 Rs [deleted]. I had applied for the post, I had a Basic pay of ₹1,05,280 in the Bank, however I had offer letter from the organisation stating that I had been offered a Post of Administrative officer on the S15 44900. My questions are: 1) As I am having higher Basic Pay in my current organisation, will that be protected in case of direct Recruitment undertaken. 2) Since the future organization follow Maharashtra Civil Service Rules 1981, are there such provision of Pay protection. 3) Are there any reference to quote to the organisation for protecting my Basic Pay. 4) Does Maharashtra Civil Service 1981 has rule of pay protection?
