Name Convention Issue

I am applying for the NSP Scholarship, Now in my College at AMU, when I gave the form to nodal officer for a sign, he is saying that my name is not consistent on my documents, stating the name convention issue Actually My college is in UP, Where the Name Convention is FirstName, Middle Name, Surname and I have all the documents in that format only, but since I have done my 10th and 12th from Maharashtra State Board where the Naming Convention is Last Name, First Name, Middle Name Now When I asked him to sign on my form, he gave me the reference that my name is not same on all documents, citing the government has asked it to be consistent on all the documents, But the issue is my name is consistent ! its just that, different authorities follow the different conventions on my all the legal documents, including Aadhar card, Pan card and passport, the name is First name, middle Name, Last name and on my 10th and 12th Marsheet and certificate, it is Last Name, First Name, Middle Name What should I do Now? The officer at my college seems to be mad he told me to change the Name on all the legal documents to what has been printed on my 10th and 12th certificate
