Ancestral property partition

Hi Sir/Madam, Ancestral property was from 5generation before , my grand father was expired on 2011 without will, my grand father has 2 younger brothers, My father was expired on 2014. My grand father and younger brother was living in same village, where the property located. My elder grand father has patta chitta copy in his name on year of 1968 . During year 1984 UDR The land equally partitioned and patta name also changed as like below 1. elder brother - 30 cents - separate patta in his name. 2.younger brother1 - 30 cents - separate patta in his name. 3. brother3 - 30 cents - separate patta in his name. The Two younger brother's not register their land the in Register office. After this partition all them uses and do agriculture works as per UDR patta parttion . NOW , I am Grandson of Elder grandfather . can I claim all the land back in my name ? since in 1968 the patta is available with my elder grandfather Name and 2 young brothers not registered their land in the registration office. COuld you clarify either i can file the suit. ? What is the possible law point we having to succeed. Regards j Ayyanar.S
