Right of neighbours on the road constructed

A wider plot was partitioned into 4 plots in a row and own by A, B, C and D. Common access of 3 feet wide and 250 meter length is given to all 4 plots in the partition deed. The first 2 plot owners A and B along with another neighbour X whose plot comes close to a public road constructed a road of 10 feet wide by including the 3 feet common pathway in the partition deed. Mr. X collected 10k money from A and B for the 100 meter length * 7 feet wide land he provided to construct the road till the plot of A and created a sale deed by leaving a right to use this road for X also. Mr. A collected 5k money from X and B for the next 50 meter length * 7 feet wide land he provided to construct the road till the plot of B and created a sale deed by leaving a right to use this road by A also. Now there is a road till the plot B having a length of 150 meter and width of 10 feet (3 feet of common pathway and 7 feet purchased). Still balance 100 meter access to plot C and D having 3 feet wide access only. But C and B claiming a right over the 10 feet wide road since that road constructed by including 3 feet common pathway. Is this legally possible?
