No sex since marriage

Hello all, I’ve been married since 1year and 7months, since then we never have been physically together, I’m so confused of what’s happening tried to figure where the problem is.., he’s quite all the time I’ve asked him so many time what’s the problem he refuses to go to doc every time I ask. I told my parents about what’s happening after 1year of marriage my dad spoke to my husband but there’s no response or change in the situation. I’ve been to counseling too since May but no change. I also spoke to his mom not his dad regarding this in Jan 2024 but there’s no change or improvement neither in his behavior or with physical. Finally in August we both decided to speak to his parents again what’s happening acknowledging that his mom knew about this before. They even didn’t understand the intensity of the situation and said it’s not a big issue everything will be fine. since Jan 2024 I’ve health issues he’s aware of it and hasn’t taken care of my health till now I’ve to take care of my own for everything. If I mention anything he and his family are putting all the blame on me and have no regrets about the hurt or damage they caused me. I feel they’re narcissistic and gaslighting people. This is putting me under very serious stress trauma and depression. Please If you could advise me What to do.?
