Partition of my grandparents land
My grandmother was died in 2005 and grandfather was died in 2014 without a will. My father has 3 brothers. At the time of my grandfather's death they have separated the agricultural land verbally with the fellow villagers. We've got the land which is in my name of my grandmother. Now, my father's elder brother is not agreeing to do partition and registration. He is asking the land of ours to give it to him. But we don't want to give that land to him. One more issue with the land was ; it's total of 1.77 acre. In that my grandfather purchased 1 acre land and registered in my grandmother's name. But in actual boundry remains without changing ~ 0.77 acre that's what we got for us when separated verbally. Now that another 1 acre is cultivating by my father's elder brother as he verbally bought from the owner (she's my grandfather's sister). As my grandfather bought 1 acre but we've got only 0.77 acre for the common partition. I found this and asking him to divide to everyone equally, But he's not willing to give that and also not accepting for registration of the land. How can I get partition and registration from him.
