Need divorce Advice and child custody

My wife has complained against me in Mahila thana Gurgoan. yesterday around 4.30 pm and ASI stated if not settled here will proceed your case and sent to mahila thana around 6 mahila thana gurgaon after all this we waited at police station gurgaon and when we didn't get any response we inform in station should we wait or we can go home they saying your wish then we went to home and after 10 pm when she will not come back from mahila thana we went to mahila thana for asking about her and a girl 15 month old we ask where is she in mahila thana there is a lady police she replied she came here and registered a complaint /Fir about me and then we ask she isn't replying on call where is she and immediately a same mahila police called on her cellphone two time and she didn't pick her call , then we ask if something happens with her or child then who will be responsible cause am scared she is alone and don't know where is she right now after that I went to again police thana a ASI whis handling case I called on his no his replied she stay with her friend and we don't. know whether she is with girl friend or with someone else Please advice I am need of urgent help here.i really want divorce and want to get custody of my Little girl child. will clear more earlier. My wife sometime went out from home in day time and came back in home at night and replied I was in salon and parlour without any celebration at home or somewhere else also many times she argued with my mother without any reason or some talk with saas bahu and two time after marriage she stay outside almost 1.5 month and said I was in hometown at MP or doing job somewhere in Gurgaon after all this last year she went out from home to say am going to doctor and after she return 15-20 days back and said I was in hometown At MP and this happen 3 to 4 time since we marrige may 2021 also yesterday has filed a false case of domestic violence and abuse. At time of our marriage I spend my money and she never tell in her family she is gonna for marrige and after that all this drama happened before marriage she was living in Gurgaon with some other person or family when I ask about she told she has a family and stayed with them when we done marrige in lockdown her family never came and a brother came which she call (Muh bola brother ) and after marriage I have helped her financially so many times. I have sent money to her bank account and gave cash also sometimes which I have transaction proof. She is a thankless lady and so is her family. The lady is not even thinking of our child who would suffer so much out of divorce. I am not saying I am a saint but I want divorce now . I also want to kNow about child custody. I don't want to leave my child with her. Her family and her itself is financially challenged.they won't be able to take good care of my child. i did love marrige I am belong from schudle cast and she belongs gernal cast
