Fault in new purchased TVS Jupiter

I am writing to seek help regarding my brand-new TVS scooter, purchased on October 13, 2024, . Within two days of usage, the scooter started producing unusual noises. Upon inspection at the TVS service centre today, we were informed that the engine crank is broken and requires replacement. I find this unacceptable for a newly purchased vehicle. My primary concern is that I have paid for a brand-new scooter, not a vehicle with replaced parts. I want a full replacement of the scooter, not just the defective part. To highlight the extent of usage, I would like to mention that the scooter has been used for only 20 kilometres in the four days since purchase. Additionally, I would like to bring to your attention the following issues: - At the time of delivery, the Bluetooth connectivity feature was not functioning, and the dealer assured us that they would provide an update on the issue within a few days. However, we have yet to receive any communication. - The free accessories promised by the dealer have not been provided to us yet. I want the company should provide a replacement scooter. Please inform me of the next steps and estimated timeline for resolution.
