False 498a case without any specific date or time

My brother`s wife was staying at her parental home from 4 last year. She was in adultery so left home 4 year ago. We attempted to Revive marriage through family and relative mediation, but she refused to live with him. She has two kids staying with her. She only demanding half of property like plot, land for divorce. After everything failed, we filed RCR in 2023 July. it sent to ADR, but she did not join for 1 year and this year she filed 498a, 323, 406 case against brother. Police refused to file but she did it through 156(3). In FIR they put allegation without any date and time of incident and demand of dowry. made his brothers, father and 2 Neighbour as witness but police removed 2 extra witness name. Police challan also did not mention date and time of incident. total marriage lengh 14 years . staying away from 4 year. RCR filed 1.5 year ago. She also refused live with husband in front of AdJ. FIR filed 5 month ago. She in FIR mentioned that dowry demand in panchayati held with husband and his parents but parents died even 30 years ago. All stridhan returned and accepeted by her. Police filed challan against brother but removed 323 and removed 2 eyewitness as she claimed that dowry demanded in front of them but add a name of my cousin as witness from our side. Is there any chance of Quashing of FIR on ground of delay FIR of 3-4 years and any other ground?
