Road beside my house is grabbed.

My house is a corner plot having roads on either side.Front road 30ft and side road 20 ft ( mud road).Side road encompasses 4 plots.out of 4,two plots have been constructed and two are vacant plots.There is another road running parallel to the 30ft road backside where the 20ft road ends.The 20ft road is 96 ft length at connects the front and back 30ft roads.In 2023 April unidentified persons tried to fence the 20ft road.Upon questioning they told the land has been sold.They showed documents ,where some X borrowed money from Y and Cannot repay , so Y went to court and X obliged to give money in form of land ( he made forged document for the 20ft road) and registered the road in Y's name .This has been done in front of district court judge.Locals gathered and opposed fencing.Theyvwent back.Meanwhile 3 of the 4 landowners gave complaint to collector,CM public grievance cell.No action taken.So we filed a suit in district additional court and got injunction on jan 2024.Meanwhile the road has been sold to 2 different parties diving the road into two halves.Again resold this October when injection order is there.Past few days unknown antisocial elements are coming and harassing us regularly.What should we do?
