How to evict daughter-in-law from matrimonial home

Hi! My name is S. P. Agarwal. I am a central government officer. I purchased a residential house from a government agency in Ghaziabad. My son is CPSE officer. He got married on [deleted]. After the marriage both started living with us. But soon after the marriage the daughter-in-law started showing her colours. She started quarreling with all the family members. To save ourselves, I shifted her and the son to the top floor of the same house. She lived peacefully with her husband for sometime but started quarrelling with her husband also subsequently. At one time she thrown out her husband from the top floor of the house and has been living alone in that portion. After thrown out by his wife, the son is compelled to live with us (Parents) at first floor of the same house. Aggrieved by her increasing nuisances, the son has filed divorce petition under Section 13 of HMA on cruelty grounds. She has filed a DV case against all the family members. My question here is does she has any right to live in the house even after filing a DV case against the house owners (Parents-in-law)? What is the way out for dispossessing her from the said place? I am ready to provide her alternate accommodation.
