Regarding construction of residential rcc concrete building within 30 meters inside the railway track
I would like to seek your legal advice regarding the construction of an RCC residential building within 30 meters of a railway track near to Cantonment railway station, Bellary comes under DRM, Hubbali. I am concerned about the legality of this construction under current railway safety regulations. I would like to know if this construction violates any local or national railway safety regulations, and if so, what legal actions can be taken to either stop the construction or ensure compliance. The construction site is approximately 30 meters inside the railway track, and the building is a G+1 RCC structure. I am unsure whether the builders have obtained the necessary permits from the railway authorities.Could you please provide advice on what legal options are available to challenge this construction, if it is found to be in violation? What are the possible outcomes if the construction continues?. Are there any specific laws or legal precedents related to construction near railway tracks in Karnataka that could apply to this case?. I would appreciate the opportunity to discuss this matter further during a consultation, at your earliest convenience.
