498a case threats by wife and her family

Hi My name is Manish, and I am from Jharkhand, currently working in Bangalore. I got married in December 2023, but things are not going good in our marriage. After marriage me and my wife were staying in my parents house in Ranchi. In April,2024 my wife went to her parents house, giving reason that her mother is having arthritis problem. Since then she has been staying there. She has just stayed with me for two months(December 23-Jan24, 1 month) and 1 month (mar24-apr24). Rest all the months she was with her parents. In these two months, we had less sexual contact, because there was no love between us, and I wanted to have love between us, then get physical. I have communicated that to her. My parents have also conveyed that to her parents. In April, 2024 I also had to shift to Bangalore for work post WFH was lifted, and was called back to Bangalore. She was not there when I needed her the most. In May, 2024 I had Dengue. I went to Ranchi for home treatment, but she did not even care to come and check on me. She knew everything thing about my health, as we were talking every day. She knew very well about my deteriorating condition. Anyway, I went to bring her back in August this year(some post marriage ceremony), but she did not come with me. After that my parents also went to bring her back but no she did not come back. They are claiming that my mother is not allowing her to stay with me. Earlier they were saying that my mom is not allowing her to stay with me in Bangalore. To clear that doubt, my mom said that she can stay with me in Bangalore, but now their mind have changed. They are using the fact that we did not had sexual contact, to defame me and family's images within society. My wife and her parents are forcing me to engage in a physical relation with her. They are threatening us that if I do not do as they say, they will file a case of dowry or DV after Durga Puja. I am not sure if it would be right for me to do as they say, since the situation has come to to threatening, and can cause issues later. Need your help on how to proceed on this and what legal remedies are available to me in this situation.
