Breach of promise of marriage and denying pregnancy

I am an Indian living in Canada since February 2022. I have a two year relationship with a guy I met while working together in the same store. We met and fell for each other, from day one he knew I was a Christian and he is a hindu, and yet continued the relationship even after asking him how is he going to convince his family for this union. We have had mutual consensual sex abd there have been multiple occasions where I had tried to convince him to wait till marriage and every time he told me that its like not loving his wife. He promised he would convince his family for our marriage whenever I brought up the question. In 2023, he moved to another province for work and called me here as well stating that he is not able to live alone and is getting depressed. I left my job and my career and came here to be with him in his time of need. After a few months I found out that his parents are looking to find a suitable match for him in his community to which I confronted him and he said he is not looking to get married to anyone and is just going with the flow for his parents but will never say yes. And later on when I kept asking him if he has spoken to his parents he kept saying yea and they are denying him so he can’t marry me. I tried my best to make it work but when I realised he has no intentions of marrying me, I moved out to another place in August and 20 days later found out that I was pregnant. When I told him about it, he kept asking me to do an abortion and never agreed to take responsibility of the child and also said that if I abort, he will convince his parents by hook or by crook. I didn’t trust him because for a long time he couldn’t convince his parents. When his parents got to know about thw pregnancy they cut all ties with him and told him he can do whatever he wants and they have nothing to do with him and now because of that he is denying to marry me and take the responsibility of this pregnancy. Can I take legal actions against him for Breach of trust, Fake Promise of Marriage leading to sex and fraud? Is there any other legal actions I can take against him? I do not want his money, I want him to accept me and the child and marry me. Please advice what course of action can be taken here?
