Can my grandmother cancel the settlement deed

My grandmother gave her self acquired property to me in 2022. My sister was not included as she tried to sell the property before as she was in debt. Last year I moved to a different country for work and my mother and sister convinced me that they have got some money and would like a construct a home and shops and asked to me to give the money after a year. I dint agree at first but agreed later due to constant pressure from my mom. My sister manipulated everything from approval to building plan and after a huge argument between us, I'm planning to file a case. My sister is manipulating my grandmother to cancel the deed saying that I'm creating problems and trying to stop the construction. My grandmother told me that she will cancel it saying I'm not supporting her financially which is not true. But I do not have prove of funds given to her as it was given to her through relatives as she does not have a bank account. Can I stop her from canceling the deed. Also there are no conditions in the deed except saying it's given to me out of love and affection
