Property registered in registral office but with forged signatures of jaipur development officers

A property was allotted to A but he died and did not register the property. another person named B prepared forged sale deed with forged signatures of property officer of Jaipur development authority and got the property registered in the sub-registral office in the name of A who was the original allottee . that is he impersonated as A . then he sold the property to C but without original payment receipts and without original allottment letter from JDA. the C got it registered and sold it to me. I was stupid enough not to check with JDA for original allottee nor did I check all original payment receipts of JDA. Now when it came to notice of JDA . they want to take back the property. I had also taken loan from a private financer and started construction. Can JDA take back the property saying they are the actual owners till they hand over the property to original allottee since they had not executed anu sale deed in favour of anyone? DO I HOLD TITLE TO THE PROPERTY? can I win if I go to high court?
