My owner is asking for full month rent when I would be living only 15days and she is saying she will only refund security amount

My family & our dog are living in a property from past 3.5 yrs. From past few months we are facing issues and harassment from our landlady and her extended family members. Issue started with us asking her to not raise the rent amount as I lost my job a year back and we’re struggling financially which she did not agreed to. Ultimately we started sending her the increased rent amount. However, we requested her to paint the house before Diwali which she denied as we have already completed out 3 years stay in this flat and now walls are peeling off due to dampness. Then she said as you guys complaint a lot take 5-6 months & vacate the house. We thought after sometime she will be fine & might withdraw her decision. But after 2-3 months the main issue started. The property that am living in has unit flats. On my floor there are three flats, out of which one we have rented out and the other two belongs to landlady’s brother in laws. In previous yrs, these people had no issues with our dog. Listing the issues below: 1. One day my brother took my dog out for a walk 6 in the morning, as my dog was in fever and had loose-motion. He pooped in front of the house which my brother apologised and said he is not doing well, my dog wouldn’t have done that. But the senior bro in law started charging on my brother(verbally) & threatened him by touching his both shoulders. My brother ignored & came back home. After sometime that man called police on my brother for the same reason. Police advised both the parties to try to coexist with eachother. 2. After few days, the sweeper was sweeping the terrace came to our flat and said I have found dog stool on the terrace. My mother said we were earlier allowed to go on the terrace but due to issues with the owner, we are not allowed to go now. So this might be of some monkey or cat. But these bro in laws started sending rude messages in the group chat where my mother said if you have proof of this as it never happened in the past, I would come forward and apologise to all of you. But they didn’t agree to whatever we were saying. 3. We have open parking space for all the car owner in this property & everyone has a designated place to park the car. At the time of Janmastami, Our side of the parking was taken up for the pandal setup. So around 9-10pm we parked the car in the empty space available after everyone has parked the car. The junior bro in law started send rude voice msgs on group chat which ultimately let to a spat between my mother and him. We shifted the car to somewhere else. 4. On the same day our owner sent audio in the group by verbally harassing and threatening us & saying leave the place asap. 5. We agreed to vacate by Oct end but have to extend next 10-15 days more. Now she is asking a full month rent for those 15 days & saying she will refund only security amount. & not the half month rent. & she will not allow us to stay if dont pay the full month Rent. Can someone help on this!
