My Brother and His Wife's Dispute
My brother and his wife have been married for over 20 years and have been living in her father's house. For the past three years, due to my brother's inability to earn enough money to meet her needs, she has been distancing herself from him. She has been emotionally torturing him with false allegations, claiming he has relationships with other women. She even prevents him from going to work, threatening him that she will harm him if he leaves the house.
Although my brother is a straightforward person, he is afraid of her threats. He has left home several times due to her mental abuse, but out of love and concern, he has always returned. However, he can no longer tolerate this situation and has decided to pursue a divorce.
I currently live with my wife in our parents' house. Our father passed away just two months ago, and now my brother is trying to leave his wife's house without informing her of his whereabouts. It’s likely that she will come to us and may attempt to stay with us forcefully in order to harass us and compel my brother to return home.
My question is: can we refuse her entry and ask her to leave if she insists on staying with us? The property now has three nominees: my brother, my sister, and me.
Thank you for your guidance.
