Tenant question

Hello I m from Kolkata a single mom,so besically I lost my job in the month of May 24,i rented this apartment on March 2024 paid the deposited amount of 25k and started paying my rents from April I missed rent of June and I paid it in 1st July(June's rent)and again I paid the rent for the month of June on 10july from them due to financial glitches i was unable to pay on August and September but cleared the 1month rent on 1oct (Aug) payment nd in September I told my landlord that i will vacant the house on October 10th nd kindly adjust the rent from deposit for 1month...from that point of time he is harrassing me with me many things like ur son painted the wall i will not pay u back the deposit money nd u have to pay 2months rent etc,and took one vendor who was claiming that the paint will cost him exactly 25k (which was my deposited amount)as i understood this I offered him that I will paint it from my painter who is costing me 14k for the said flat...he agreed at first but all of a sudden he is telling me that he wants to meet my painter and I have to pay the amount of painting to him(owner)once I vacant the house then only...so I told him I will do the painting but will not pay u money as I m hiring the painter so suddenly he claimed that no when u will complete the paint and the dues will see if the paint is okay then only I will give u back the deposit or else...where i understood he will bring issues with it aswell...Now I have to take few furniture out for shifting he is telling me u can't take a single thing out untill u pay me 2months rent Sep-oct rent....while I told him I have my ac installed and i will write this conversation once the painting is over will take my ac on that time but he is not letting me do that.... Please help me with this as i m unable to understand what to do nd what not to...this man is only trying to dominate me...i know I have fault but I m not employed right now .
