Sir monday i saw an advertisment on instagram which is related to work from home and i had applied to it. intially i had asked the person who talking to me that is there any payment which i have to pay before starting the work then he said yes mam you have to pay 500 rupees then we provide you 4000 rupees as advance fees for your work and also rest 21000 rupees we will pay you after completeion of your work then i thought it is ok to work with them then i'll him 500 rupees after that he asked me to pay more payment of 1680 to confirm my order which he had supposed to provide me then i told him that i don't have this amount because i had already asked you to give me full details about the work then he hold me that sorry we forget you to tell that for confirm the order you have to pay this amount i refused to pay that payment and asked him to refund my 500 rupees so he asked to not to refund my money and also he asked me to pay that confirmation amount so i again and again refused to pay that amount so he told me to pay alteast half amount to confirm the order i refused again and after having some conversation he had told me to pay 110 rupees and that too they will refund me within 5mins then i pay him. but after 5 mins when i him to refund back he just say then i'll pay later, i'm busy later when i asked hi, he don't reply my message as he had permantly delete that instagram id on which we had whole conversation. but before that he had send me his adhar card pan card post office id pic to me. as i had asked him to send the documents of the company he by mistake send his own documents and phone number. after that in evening when i had called him so many calls he recived just one call and told me that my parcel will delivered to me within 48hours as it gets confirmed then i had asked him to send me the confirmation reciept he send me. but till now i didn't recive any parcel also he didn't relpy to my messages and calls also he had made another instagram id for the same work i had text him on that id but he blocked me on that. sir please tell me what action should i have to take against such frauds .
