A Lady - Ms. Gunjan Vishwakarma (From Ajmer) and her paramour Mr. Girish Katara (From Jaipur) [both] well planned and executed acts as mentioned after eloping with paramour and comitting several criminal offences in Maharashtra and Rajasthan- FIR's are lodged in both states. Synopsis: 1. After 7.5 yrs of marriage, # looted lacs of rupees as cash / Gold / etc. from matrimonial home and husband's account. # Minor daughter school TC was obtain just take caution money deposit , without informing husband and his family. # Filed- False cases against husband. # At present misleading Jaipur, Rajasthan judiciary's. # Judges and Magistrate of D&S Court Jaipur and HC jaipur are not taking any action even -Crpc 340 , Crpc 125 4&5 , etc cases are filed against lady. 2. Both got arrested in an case in Maharashtra, took bail and at present jumped bail condition and not appearing in the Court in Nagpur, Mah. 3. Jaipur Police Dept. [ Jaipur South] filed false cases and amalgamated Charge sheet after 2.5 year and only after both came out of central jail from Nagpur , Mah. 4. Rajasthan Judiciary should be shame full for not taking any action filed matters since 2 years.
