Since 4 years my husband is away from me and my son

I am married in june'2017and stay in Hyderabad.My son born in MAr'2018. I only spent all expenses for my delivery and child vaccination till 1 year. during my son's 1st first birthday due to arguments between me my mother-in-law my in-laws didnot turnup to my son's 1st birthday party. Later my husband and my in-laws planned behind me and targetted on me to make my character bad in front of my parents and family. Slowly my husband searched for another job in their native village. Later he quite the current IT job and played all dramas so that i have to quite my job else would leave our own house and stay some where else. But i didnt quite my job. He quite his job and was unstable that he would go to other state ad all but finally he choose his own native village job in bank and left me and my son in 2020. Soon after lockdown started. Later i use to visit his place vacationally and he also use to come to my place when he has some work. Due to lockdown his job has gone after 6 months. He was jobless for 1 year but still he didnot realized and he never wanted to reunite with us. After 1.5 years he got job in same old company and was WFH and again he didnot think of reunite. I use to ask him in-between for reuniting but he use to point out me that you need husband now ad bla bla. He wanted to excape from responsibilities and he never wanted to reunite and come back to city as need to take care of expenses if he reunite with us. During school joining of my son in P1 also he didnot even sent addmission fee and didnot turnup while paying fee. Later when i ask he was like i cannot pay that much amount and escaped. When my son entered into PII i wantedly asked for school fee twice then he transfered 15K. In between my parents and others went to their village asked for reunite then he said he will setup family in other state (Bangalore) after completing house construction in village. Means they have started constructing 1st floor. Now construction completed and for house ceremony also we went its more then 1 year but still he is not getting back for reunite. Means i started process for different country and got VISA for me ad my son. When i told this to my husband he was fine with it and took us to his village for 1 week before leaving to other country. for Sendoff also he did not come. after staying 6months in abroad i am coming back to my place and in-between i asked my husband that after coming to India we will stay together so plan for it. And now when i asked him first he told in Bangalore will setup. Later i asked him seriously so that i need select location for my job then he is telling Hyderabad which is native place. Now he is like after coming to India we will see and not responding properly. So i need suggestion how to deal this situation after coming to India if he doesnt show interest and play smart game again might keep me on hold in Hyderabad as i would be staying with my parents and do my job regularly.
