Reversal of credited CLSS Subsidy

I am writing to seek guidance on reversing/surrendering the subsidy amount credited to my loan account under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY). My bank Ujjivan Small Finance Bank has informed me that they require directives from NHB to process this request. I had taken a Flat in Dombivli (East) in 2018, for which I had taken a loan from Ujjivan Small Bank, then I got the subsidy in 2021. My wife also got a house from the CIDCO EWS lottery in 2018 and I had taken a loan for it from another bank. Just a month ago, I got a call from CIDCO that your subsidy is showing twice here. One of the house you bought and also in the house you got through the CIDCO EWS lottery scheme. That reason I have been informed by CIDCO that I have to surrender one of the subsidies to avoid any discrepancy. After consulting CIDCO, I decided to surrender the subsidy received in Ujjivan Bank. I requested Ujjivan Bank to take necessary steps to return or surrender the subsidy amount that was already received. They said that," We do not have any communication from NHB on how to process this subsidy reversal/surrender. We request you to connect with NHB and help us with the directive so that we can raise it to NHB based on their instruction". Please provide the necessary instructions and documentation required for subsidy reversal/surrender.
