Harassment by neighbour

Hi, I own an apartment in Bangalore, which is a part of a six house society. My immediate neighbours in the building have no issues with me, however, there is only one neighbour in the building adjacent to my building who seems to have an issue with quote a few things when interior renovation work is done in my house. Ex: 1. When I light anti mosquito sticks in my balcony, they complain that they cannot breathe and accuse me of emptying a whole bottle of HIT in my balcony. 2. While getting wooden flooring etc in my balcony, they ask me to stop. I start noise related work only post 11 am, and stop it at 1:55 pm. Then start by 4:05 pm and stop by 5:55 pm! I am very considerate and strict about these things. I have to pay my workers extra for these kind of timings. Yet, this one neighbour seems to have all the issues in the world. I have spoken to them, tried to sort this out amicably. Kindly advise best way forward even if it means suing them. I have no issues whatsoever with any legal route.
