Can an MC member be removed through passing a Resolution in the AGM for enquiring about society expenses
I own a flat in a cooperative Housing Society in Goa I am on the managing committee of the society the Secretary and treasurer along with 10 other members are all doing rental business giving their flats to tourists for Rs.3000 to 5000 per day. Half the expenses in the society are for catering to the gas needs beautifying the swimming pool the building for generators and all other equipment to make guest stay comfortable I and a couple of others do not use our premises for rental purposes we live in our properties and are being disturbed by constant guests entering and living in our building. This is a commercial activity but even the deputy registrar is turning a blind eye. Because I question all such expenses the members have all got together and have voted against me in an AGM and have passed a resolution to remove me from the managing. According to cooperative society act of Goa is this allowed. What is the best legal resource or what can I do to challenge the same. Many many Thanks in advance for your assistance
