Please clarify about my notice period and how to apply resignation by email or by letter ?

9. TERM AND TERMINATION. a. This Agreement will commence on the Effective Date and will continue until final completion of the Services or termination as provided below. b. From either side the contract can be terminated by giving a notice of 15 days. A written notice thereof to the Company if the Company materially breaches a material provision of this Agreement, unless such breach is cured within the notice period. The Company may terminate this Agreement at any time, by giving 15 days written notice. Company shall upon termination pay Consultant all unpaid amounts due for Services completed prior to notice of termination. Upon such termination all rights and duties of the parties toward each other shall cease except that the Company shall be obliged to pay, within forty-five (45) days from the effective date of termination, all amounts owing to Consultant for Services completed and accepted by the Company prior to the termination date and related expenses, if any. ...
